The Judges Have Spoken...
and the winners of the 2008 Essence of Bellingham Photo Contest have been announced! I'm excited that nine of ten of the photos I entered received notice this year, but I am even more excited that the Gardenview Montessori kindergarteners' photos did so well. Yep, this will *definitely* be an annual project for me and the kids : )

I wonder what they would have done had I entered my photo of the same guy at the corner! That would have been rather interesting eh? ;)
Looks like we will all be hanging out again at the Mayors chambers again this year! Im so excited that the boys both got best of class ...I was rather worried that one would and the other wouldnt and I would have to deal with the taunting and flaunting. *whew*
It was really neat to see so many younger kids from the Montesori school enter too - gave Eli a bit more of a challenge. :) Now if we can just get some of the middle schoolers out there. ;)
